THE JOURNEY

Step 1

Concept Proposal Stage

Client submits inspiration materials (sketches / reference images)
AI generates 3 initial design concepts (delivered within 24 hours)

Step 2

Deposit & Design Confirmation

Client selects a base design → Pays 30% deposit.
Signs the Custom Design Agreement (including intellectual property terms)

Step 3

3D Modeling & Visualization

Factory executes CAD modeling (3–5 business days)
Dual-view renderings provided (Front & Side Views)

Step 4

Design Revision Phase

Up to 2 complimentary design revisions allowed (size/structure adjustments)
A 10% design service fee applies starting from the 3rd revision.
If cooperation is terminated, a Design IP Transfer Agreement must be signed.

Step 5

Production & Delivery

Client pays the remaining 70% balance → Enters production queue (standard lead time: 15 business days) — rush service available for an additional fee.
Progress updates provided at key stages (CAD / casting / stone setting)
GIA certificate + quality control video provided before shipment.

Step 6

After-Sales Support

Lifetime complimentary basic maintenance.
One free resizing within 6 months of order date.
