Gemini Diamond is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services and describe your rights and responsibilities.

Jewelry & Diamond Disclosures

Diamonds and gemstones are graded by independent laboratories (e.g., GIA, IGI). Minor variations between grading reports and visual appearance are normal and industry-accepted.
Measurements, carat weight, color, and clarity may appear differently in person due to lighting, setting style, and mounting.
Jewelry images may be enlarged or styled for presentation purposes and may not represent exact scale.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet subjective expectations. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gemini Diamond. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation is issued.

Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled or modified, particularly for:

Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry
Engraved items
Ring resizing or special design requests

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy available on our website.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

Sales tax
Shipping and handling
Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and customs charges imposed by your jurisdiction. Failure to pay such charges may result in shipment delays or returns, for which you remain responsible.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Gemini Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss & Signature

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
High-value shipments may require signature confirmation for security.
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Gemini Diamond is not liable for loss or delay due to incorrect address information provided by you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by Gemini Diamond or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Gemini Diamond is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Gemini Diamond. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Gemini Diamond.

You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with Gemini Diamond.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy, both available on our website.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT
