We offer FREE insured shipping worldwide for all orders! Every order is securely packaged and fully insured for its journey to your door. 

Shipping Methods 

• United States Orders — Shipped via 2-day service (FedEx or UPS). 
• International Orders — Shipped via expedited services using trusted carriers. 

Shipping Timeline 

• Loose Diamonds — Shipped within 3–8 business days. 
• Jewelry & Engagement Rings — Shipped within 1–3 weeks. 

Orders are shipped only after passing quality control. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. 

For Your Protection 

• All items are fully insured and registered for their full value. 
• We use FedEx and UPS (and USPS where applicable) for secure delivery. 
• Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs). 
• An adult signature is required for shipments valued over $500. 

Special Deliveries 

• Saturday delivery available in select areas for $45. 
• Packages may be held at a FedEx/UPS location for up to 7 days. 

International Shipping 

• Gemini Diamond does not collect international taxes/duties at checkout. 
• Charges may be collected by the carrier at delivery. 
• Check with your local customs office for details. 

30-Day Easy Returns

At Gemini Diamond, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and happy with your jewelry purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, security tags, and certificates included.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. A flat return shipping fee of $45 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item caused by Gemini Diamond, we will cover the return shipping cost and no restocking fee will apply.

Restocking Fee

Because each ring is handcrafted and prepared specifically for your order, returns that are not caused by a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $500.

This fee helps cover the labor, metal casting, stone setting, quality control, inspection, packaging, and handling costs involved in creating and preparing your jewelry.

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@geminidiamond.com to request a return.
2. Our representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label via email.
3. Pack your order securely and attach the label. For security reasons, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or any similar wording on the package.
4. Drop off your package at a staffed carrier store. Please avoid drop boxes or unstaffed locations.
5. Obtain a shipping receipt as proof of shipment and insurance.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within two weeks using your original payment method. Bank wire payments may be refunded via company check or ACH transfer.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Special orders and custom designs are non-returnable.
• Items returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or improperly packaged/uninsured will not be accepted.
• Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in new, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification will not be accepted.
• Loose diamonds or diamond rings must be returned with their original laboratory grading report. Missing certificates will incur a $150 replacement fee.
• Gemini Diamond reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Free Lifetime Warranty

At Gemini Diamond, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. All jewelry is guaranteed free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery and covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as issues with metal integrity, stone setting, finishing, or design functionality.

If your jewelry requires service beyond complimentary coverage, you may return it for evaluation. After inspection, a detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.

Free 1-Year Resizing 

At Gemini Diamond, we want your ring to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase. 

Resizing After 1 Year 

• Gold Rings (14K, 18K, White, Yellow, Rose): $75 per resize 
• Platinum Rings: $85 per resize 
• Return Shipping Fee: $45 
• Return shipping back to you is always free 

What to Expect During Resizing 

Our jewelers may add or remove small amounts of metal. Bands may become slightly thicker or thinner, though changes are usually subtle. Every resized ring passes strict quality checks. 

Resizing Limitations 

Some styles cannot be resized due to: 
• Design complexity (e.g., eternity rings, >¾ diamond coverage) 
• Size changes beyond recommended ranges (most up to ±1.5 sizes) 

If resizing is not possible: 
• Within 30 Days — Ring may be remanufactured free of charge 
• After 30 Days (within 1-Year Policy) — A fee may apply
